"Been using the x-wrist LT since July and..."
I’ve been using the x-wrist LT since July and at first, I was pretty let down due to some issues I faced. But the after-sales support was top-notch, and I managed to sort out the problems. It was fantastic until about two weeks ago when it started shutting down on me. Once more, the tech support was outstanding, and honestly, it’s likely the best watch in its category for the price.

"Received the X2 as a present"
A few months back, I got the X2 as a gift. There were a few bumps in the road while I was setting it up, but I eventually got it connected and have been using it without any problems since then. I did get some help from their online chat, but I think adding phone support would really help out folks who are new to this tech stuff, like me.

"Awesome timepiece, but support and warranty need work"
Awesome watch - awful after-purchase service. The strap doesn’t match the watch, and there’s nobody to respond to emails.
10/12/22: After some waiting, I finally got the replacement strap in the mail, and it fits perfectly. Communication is crucial - respond to emails promptly.

"Awesome watch and fantastic support"
I got my watch swapped out instead of just fixed right after I let them know there was an issue with my old one. The customer service was top-notch once they figured out there was a hiccup with my earlier emails. This watch is really something; I’d definitely suggest it! It’s been a big help in keeping track of my vital stats and health while I’m going through cancer treatment and working on getting my stamina back up.

"Avoid This Watch"
Steer clear of this watch. The connectivity with my iPhone is terrible. I've been waiting for over two weeks just to get a reply. I've got a watch that can't even keep time; it worked for a bit and then just stopped. I've gone back to my reliable Fitbit. Honestly, it ain't worth all the hype they put out there. Plus, you can't receive calls or even get notifications for incoming ones. And the blood pressure readings? Not worth a single one. I have a professional BP and heart monitor, and the calibration is way off. I'm really disappointed that I've wasted both time and money on this marketing nonsense.

"Awful customer support experience"
Awful customer support experience. Received my watch as a gift for my birthday, but I can't get it registered. I followed all the steps and granted the app every permission it asked for, but when I attempt to connect the watch, it just doesn’t appear in the app. I reached out to the company via their support email and also completed the form in the app, yet two days have passed and I still haven’t received a response. Now I’m stuck with a smartwatch that isn’t even telling the correct time, not to mention all the ‘smart’ features it’s meant to have. This is NOT acceptable!

"X-Wrist 2 - [ISSUE RESOLVED] 8-)"
I got a quick response from the X-Wrist Support Team - THE ISSUE IS NOW FIXED (big thanks to their speedy 'high-level' tech help), and my 2nd Generation X-Wrist 2 is back in action!! 8->
I received the X-Wrist 2 in the mail from the suppliers. Sadly, I couldn't get the software online that connects with the watch, which meant I COULDN'T SET THE CURRENT UK TIME ON THE X-WRIST... (making it pretty much useless). I shot an email to the support crew and I'm still waiting to hear back...
"After extensive searching for a device to..."
After extensive searching for a device to keep track of my blood pressure, especially after getting a reading of 204 over 108 at the hospital!!! I kept circling back to the X-Wrist first generation. I got it on Saturday, April 23rd. Downloaded the app, and it was a breeze to set everything up. It's been a game changer over the last few days to monitor my blood pressure and see it stabilize, plus I can check my heart rate, blood oxygen, and temperature. The app is also really well designed and packed with info. I'm super pleased with my watch and can't wait to dive into all its features... and even better, it's from a British company to boot! 👍👍👍👍👍

"Been using it for 6 weeks"
Been using it for 6 weeks now. It's accurate enough to be handy, except for the sleep tracking, which I find a bit off. But overall, it does what it claims. Just a couple of things to note…
1. The strap for recharging is a bit too tight, could be easier to remove.
2. When set to gather data every 20 minutes, the battery only lasts about 3 to 4 days.
All in all, it's a solid product at a reasonable price.

"Got my band and it's awesome..."
I just got my band and it's an awesome product. It's made in England, which is pretty cool. The delivery took a bit longer than what they said, but it all turned out fine in the end. Setting it up is a breeze once you follow the instructions on the box; you can find the startup guide at Help.x-wrist.com.

"The gadget showed up on time..."
The gadget showed up on time, but like many others, I had a tough time getting the wrist strap off to charge it. The absence of clear written instructions is pretty annoying. I can’t find much online about using the device, just a lot on how to purchase it. The display is a bit cluttered, and the app screens aren’t much better. I’m assuming the screen isn’t touch-sensitive, but honestly, I can’t really tell. The health metrics appear to be spot on. However, the notifications can be hard to read sometimes due to the small font, and they don’t stay on the screen for long, with no clear way to get back to the message.
"Best Value and Performance: The X-Wrist Watch"
The X-Wrist is hands down the most affordable and effective gadget I've ever purchased for its functionality. Plus, there's an app you can grab to track all the data and get updates every ten minutes. I did have some trouble with the connection between my phone and the X-Wrist at times, but I figured out a fix—just wear the X-Wrist alongside my Apple Watch! Since then, no signal issues at all. This is truly the best purchase I've made...don't let this one slip by or you'll regret it. I give it a solid 5 out of 5.

"What's the trick to removing the strap for charging?"
This thing looks pretty awesome, but I just can't figure out how to take the strap off to charge it. I'm worried I might break it since it feels like I need to really yank on it (at least that's how it appears to me). Can someone please share a simple method to do this? I even tried the live chat, but it's been around 10 minutes and it keeps saying 'our usual reply time is 4 minutes.'

"Wristband Woes!"
Removing the wristband is a real challenge, especially when you need to do it to charge the device. I consider myself pretty strong, but that thing just wouldn’t budge, even after I checked out a tutorial on YouTube. After some wrestling with tools, I finally managed to get it off. Fingers crossed it loosens up a bit with time. The packaging looks nice, and the device itself seems alright. I downloaded the app and got it installed after a couple of tries, but it appears to be functioning well. They offer a text chat feature, and I got a quick reply when I reached out for help with the strap removal.

"Awesome item"
Awesome item, super easy to set up, functions really well, quite lightweight, fantastic bang for your buck—nothing to be jealous of when you compare it to major brands that are ten times pricier. One of the standout features for me was the blood pressure and spo2 readings, which really impressed me.
